The Aussie Hook boomerang is designed for competition use, particularly in the Australian Round event (distance, accuracy, catching) It is a 3.2 Pheonelic Hook, and has a flight range of 45-55 meters. The Aussie Hook took 2nd place in World Cup 2000 and is one of the top Aussie Round competition boomerangs in the world. Aussie round is an event when a person throws and catches 5 times from a series of concentric circles - closest to the center overall wins with bonus points for distance.
