Is your website secure?
The Order Form pages throughout our site are served through a secure
https connection using 128-bit SSL v2/v3 encryption. We encrypt credit
card information when a shopper enters the credit card number in the
web browser, and when it is sent to our server.
2. How much does it cost to ship my boomerangs?
All orders under 2lbs that are shipped inside the Continental U.S.
cost $4.95. Shipments under 2lbs to Alaska and Hawaii are $8.95. If
you choose an expedited delivery method such as UPS 2nd Day Air, your
shipping costs will be calculated by the UPS server at the time of
checkout and are determined by the weight of your package and the
destination.

3. Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we currently ship to Canada, Mexico, and Europe. Overseas shipments
are sent via USPS International Mail and can take up to 14 days in
transit. International Orders under 2lbs cost $16.00. If your order
exceeds 2lbs the shipping costs will be determined at the time of
checkout based on the total weight of your order and the destination.
4. If I buy now, how long will I have to wait to get my boomerangs?
Most orders are processed and shipped within 48 business hours. Orders
placed over the weekend typically ship out the following Monday or
Tuesday. Transit time depends on the shipping method and the destination
of the package. All of our orders are shipped from our warehouse in
Oceanside, CA.
5. What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept American Express, Discover, MasterCard, and Visa, as well
as checks and money orders. If you wish to pay by Check or Money Order
please select that option on the checkout page and complete the process
as you normally would with a credit card. Print the order confirmation
page and mail it in with your Check/Money Order. Your order will be
processed and shipped within 48 hours after your payment is received.

7. I love boomerangs, so how can I get my kids involved?
It is very important to have a parent or guardian available to supervise
your child, especially while he or she learns to throw. There needs
to be enough space availble to throw in, for example at least the
size of a football field for intermediate level boomerangs or above
(space which is clear of cars and other people, roads, animals...etc).
Boomerangs should never be thrown at someone and attention needs to
be paid when throwing because they do come back! Protective eyewear
should be worn and never try to catch a boomerang at eye level. See

8. Will my boomerang come back to me?
All of our boomerangs have been tested extensively to ensure that
they will return and fly properly when thrown correctly. This does
not mean that your boomerang will come back to you the first time
you throw it. Like any sport, throwing a boomerang properly requires
practice. Different boomerangs and different conditions require adjustments
in how the boomerang is thrown. We have many models in our Kids
and Intermediate
sections that require less experience and will return easier.
9. What if I can't get it to come back to me? Do you have
any tips?
Check out our How
to Throw section. There are many different factors that can affect
the flight of your boomerang. Some things to check are your grip,
your position to the wind, the release angle, the amount of layover
(how vertical you hold the boomerang, and how much power you are putting
behind your throw. All of our boomerangs come with throwing tips from
the manufacturer, usually located on the back of the package, check
these out as well as they are written specifically for your brand
of boomerang.
